We have built our strong reputation on the basis that everyone deserves personal attention and continuity of attention from their individual funeral director. We are a small team of qualified and trained Funeral Directors who take great pride in knowing the people we look after and taking great care to pay attention to all details to make the funeral what the family would wish it to be, regardless of religion, beliefs or intentions.
Our charges are based on personal care of the family and their loved one alike and we are very proud of the extensive thank you gifts, cards and feedback forms that we receive as testimony of that.
Our charges are completely bespoke for each individual funeral so that you don’t pay for anything you don’t want in terms of service and you really do pay for exactly what you get.
We are proudly very competitive and will glady offer an estimate over the phone based on your requirements. We will always include disbursements in our estimate so that there are no hidden extras to pay for. We firmly believe in transparency of costs and charges and will always provide accurate estimates of all costs to avoid any misunderstandings.
In all aspects of the funeral arrangements, our funeral director will point out the procedures and legal requirements as applicable to every stage of the funeral. Whilst arranging the funeral, the funeral director will advise on costs and charges to be incurred, with a full written confirmation and estimate of the details and charges to be made.
The funeral account itself will be divided into two parts, our charges and disbursements paid on your behalf.
Hygienic treatment and attendances to the deceased are also considered to be very important by our company. The last time you saw a loved one may have been distressing, perhaps in hospital or for the purpose of identification. In either event, we believe that in asking us to care for your loved one, you would like to know that the best that could be done for your relative, has been done.
The hearse for the funeral, with chauffeur and sufficient bearers are also an essential part of our service to you. This is especially important when you require the service to be held in church or other place of worship,as, unless otherwise requested, we carry the coffin on our shoulders, in and out of the place of worship. This we believe, is the ultimate in reverence and respect, and reflects in our past traditions.
Limousines are charged for separately. This ensures that you are not charged for something you may not want or need.
The charge for a limousine is fully inclusive of arrival at the address where the family wish to be picked up, through to the funeral and return to the destination address after the funeral, within ten running miles. Each limousine is capable of transporting seven mourners and is maintained to a very high standard by highly trained staff. Our limousine includes full air conditioned climate control cabins.
