Iain has over 30 years experience as a funeral director, experienced in running several high profile funerals including at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. Iain is always looking for new ways to improve and diversify the services offered to families whilst ensuring understanding the family’s needs. Iain passed SAIF’s formal funeral qualifications with the IFD college and has continued professional development on a regular basis with Ecclesiastical Planning Services. His background is graphic and web design with photography, bringing IT to Dean Brothers in numerous ways.
Sharon Bradley (nee Dean)
Company Director/Secretary
Sharon has been with Dean Brothers for 30+ years and handles all accounting administrations and is part of the team with funeral administrations. Sharon has certification and qualifications in accounting.
Samantha Howard (nee Dean)
Company/Funeral Director
Samantha has over 30 years experience in the funeral industry, experienced in running several high profile funerals. Samantha also looks after most of the memorial works and is well versed in all of the necessary forms for different cemeteries. Samantha passed SAIF’s formal funeral qualifications with the IFD college.
Kevin Hanrahan

Kevin has nearly 20 years experience in the funeral industry and is well versed in all manner of procedure and paperwork. Kevin has passed the SAIF funeral qualifications and has continued professional development on a regular basis with Ecclesiastical Planning Services. Kevin excels in logistics and planning of services as a now retired Fire Services Watch Commander.
Graeme Byrne

Graeme has been with Dean Brothers for over 10 years and is well versed in all manner of funeral directing. Graeme was previously a firearms officer with Lancashire Constabulary and is skilled in handling many varied situations. Graeme has a great eye for all the details and ensuring they are what they should be and is very sympathetic and empathetic, having obtained a psychology degree. Graeme also has continued professional development on a regular basis with Ecclesiastical Planning Services
Stephen Thompson

Stephen is an ex hospital porter and has a previous vast experience in the world of business and running businesses . Stephen has a Psychology degree and is great at understanding the family’s needs and very caring, understanding and with great empathy. Steve has 3+ years experience.

Ian has a vast experience in planning and administration after 20 years in the banking and retail industries. Ian is our newest Funeral Director and has a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and an empathetic ear.
